Hi friends, I'm Mari!
I am a fine art portrait and wedding photographer based out of the beautiful city of Salt Lake. I earned my BFA in Photography from the University of Utah where I shot almost solely on film, and oh how I miss those days in the darkroom. After graduating, I started photographing weddings in 2011 and have since added families, portraits for all milestones, and so much more to my repertoire.
I aim to capture who you are, whoever you are with and your connections with each other, and all the moments in between. The relationships you have with the people you love should be celebrated and remembered for years to come, and it is my goal to help you do just that.
Outside of work, I am a full time wife and mama! I have three littles running around, Airi, Kai, and Koji, and they keep me very busy as they grow out of toddlerhood and into childhood. My husband DJ is a wonderfully talented cellist who is such an incredible father to our kids and the best partner in life I could ask for. We enjoy eating good food (duh, who doesn't?), traveling, and creating fun memories together. These are the moments we will cherish forever!
